SQUEEZE & PLACE
Apply a small amount of lotion or oil if using the moving technique. Gently squeeze the silicone cup to expel air, place it firmly onto the skin, then release to create negative suction. The skin should lift slightly into the cup.

HOLD OR GLIDE
For stationary cupping, leave in place for 10–20 minutes, or until the skin becomes visibly flushed. For dynamic cupping, maintain slip and glide slowly along the natural muscle direction. Adjust suction intensity by varying squeeze pressure.

RELEASE & RECOVER
To remove, gently lift one edge of the cup to break the seal—do not pull straight off. Mild circular marks are a normal response and typically fade within several days. Begin with once per week and adjust gradually as needed. Avoid use on broken skin, sunburns, or if taking blood-thinning medication.
