Cleanse and pat dry. Apply a thin layer of facial oil or moisturizer to create effortless glide and reduce friction. Never use on dry skin. Start with light suction, especially if you’re new or have sensitive skin.

LIFT & GLIDE: CHEEKS / JAWLINE / NECK
Use the large cup on larger areas. Create gentle suction, then glide upward and outward along the arrows—jawline toward the ear, neck up to the jawline, and cheek toward the temple. Keep the cup moving continuously to help minimize temporary redness.

TARGET & FINISH: FOREHEAD / UNDER-EYE
Switch to the small cup for delicate zones. Use very light suction and short, smooth strokes, following the arrows outward and upward; avoid the lash line and always maintain slip. To remove, break the seal first (lift an edge or lightly squeeze), then wipe clean and continue with your skincare.
